Payment is due with registration. Payment by check or money order should be made to William Malone.
If you are using a Purchase Order and payment is not received prior to a workshop, you will not receive a CEU form until payment is received.
A confirmation postcard will be sent when registration is received.
Registrations cancelled on or before one week before the workshop will be refunded minus a $25 processing charge. No refunds after the one week deadline; a substitute is welcome.
At each workshop, each paid participant will receive a signed CEU/RCH form.
