You may also include graphic images, logos, signatures and other artwork on your rubber stamp. They can be used in conjunction with text, or as a solo element on your stamp. Initials You can have your initial on your rubber stamp in one of three initial typefaces: Unless otherwise specified, the letter used will be the first letter of your last name. Your stamp would look something like this: If you would like to use one of our other typefaces for an initial, please note that in the “Special Instructions / Comments” field of the order form. Graphics Here are the graphics we currently have available for use on our rubber stamps. Unless otherwise specified, placement of the graphic will be the same as the standard placement for an initial, as shown above. Submitting Artwork If you have your own logo or design you would like to have put on a rubber stamp, you can provide us the artwork (crisp black & white images only) by eMail or snail mail. Please note that images with screens or fine details do not tend to reproduce well on a rubber stamp. By eMail: We can accept files in the following formats: .bmp .eps .gif .jpg .tif For best results, please use a minimum resolution of 300 dpi in your file. Also, your image may be larger than it will appear on the stamp, but please do not make it smaller than it should appear on the stamp. If we have to enlarge your artwork, resolution will be lost, resulting in a poorer quality image. If you are submitting a vector-based image (such as an Adobe® lllustrator® file), please be sure all type is converted to outlines (may also be called “paths”). All images should be black and white only! Attach your file to an eMail message and mail to: sales@canville.net. Please use a subject of “Stamp Artwork”. On your order form, please be sure to indicate that you will be eMailing your artwork, and include the filename on the order form. By Snail Mail: Please print (or write or draw) your image on a white sheet of paper using black ink. Quality photo copies can also be used. If printing from a computer, a laser printer is recommended for best results. When mailing your printed image, please do not fold the image portion of the paper . Or, you may send us your artwork on a 3.5" floppy disk. We can accept Mac or PC (DOS/Windows) formatted disks. (Sorry, we can not currently accept Linux or BeOS formatted disks.)
